I just wanted to relay my gratitude to you and your entire Helpdesk team.   Everyone at the Helpdesk is super helpful, patient, and they are all so appreciated.

In particular, Angela was extremely helpful to me this week – I had been trying to get a file approved every way I could think of, called Sarah for help, etc and I just couldn’t figure out why DU/LP wouldn’t take it.  Sarah finally said to ask Angela to see if she could get DUAE for me, and sure enough, she had it DUAE in no time.   She also helped to teach me how to price out single premium MI last week as well (bless her heart).   

When I told Sarah that Angela was able to get my DUAE, she said “Angela is a DU Master”, which I thought was cute and absolutely true. 

Anyway, everyone is so quick to help and they never make me feel silly, even when I might be asking silly or obvious questions.  

Montana has bailed me out more times than I could ever count and Angela is a life-saver too.  Wanted to relay how much I appreciated her guidance this week.
