Three months ago, I joined Benchmark Mortgage! I hit the ground running by interviewing new teammates, veterans, referral partners, and more at company events. Thanks to discovery calls with corporate department leaders, I have onboarded quickly with the mission in mind to close communication gaps as we scale.

We are growing, and that is a wonderful thing. But with growth comes increased chances of information slipping through the cracks. Our heads our down and we are running fast. The goal is to unite us as Benchmark teammates through this newsletter in the spirit of transparency and celebration. I am proud to work here, and I know that feeling is mutually palpable.
